This summer, Befimmo participated in a project that is part of its “use of resources” objective. We were able to contribute to the construction of a school by donating recycled materials from the WTC II site to the Brussels Secondary Steinerschool, which is currently building a new secondary school.
Befimmo was thus able to give a new life to 120 metres of cable trays, 60 TL lamps, electrical cables and structures for wall assembly. This collaboration made it possible to integrate the WTC II project into a logic of circular economy and to proactively reduce the volume of waste on the site.
