ZIN is the project to transform Towers 1 and 2 of the WTC complex in the Brussels North area. This emblematic project is the first in the North area to combine different functions in a highly innovative way.
First stone of the Marie-Elisabeth Belpaire building
Besides flats and a hotel, the ZIN project consists of 75,000 m² of new office space for the Flemish government. These 2,400 new workspaces for 4,750 employees are located in the new central volume that connects both towers. On 7 October, the first (symbolic) stone was laid and the new name (Marie-Elisabeth Belpaire building) of the office building of the Flemish government was unveiled in the presence of Flemish Prime Minister, Jan Jambon and Flemish Minister for Brussels Youth and Media, Benjamin Dalle. Befimmo (together with the Flemish government) is fully committed to circularity and sustainability. Curious on how the day went? Find more information here.
